Our Programs
Learning Through Play
At the Ernest Lewis Center for Learning (ELCL) we take learning seriously and ensure all programs are age appropriate and supports active development in all areas. We implement the Mother Goose Time and Teaching Strategies and Creative Curriculum in our academic programs. Our support goes beyond the classroom with an emphasis on creativity and exploration.

Infant Program
We educate infants as young as 2 months old up to 18 months in our program and they are able to learn alongside their peers.  Our experienced caregivers are trained to offer personalized care to each infant, taking into account their individual needs and personality. Our program includes playtime, naptime, and feeding schedules that are tailored to each infant's developmental stage. We also offer a variety of sensory activities to engage infants and promote their cognitive and motor skill development.

Toddler Program
Our toddler education program caters to the developmental needs of children aged 18 months to 3 years old. Our experienced teachers use a play-based curriculum that encourages children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Our toddler program includes a variety of activities such as story time, music and movement, outdoor play when appropriate, arts and crafts, and sensory exploration. We also provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day to ensure that your child is healthy and energized.

Preschool Program
Our preschool educates 3 and 4 year old children to program and develop social emotional skills. Our preschool program is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children ages 3-4 years old to prepare them for K-12. This program is specifically designed to help children develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in a fun and engaging way. The program also includes a range of activities and experiences that are designed to help children develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities. In addition to these academic skills, the preschool program at the Ernest Lewis Center for Learning also focuses on helping children develop their social and emotional skills. Children are encouraged to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and develop positive relationships with their peers and teachers.

Grade School Kindergarten Program
Our programs educate children up to 5 years old to help acclimate them to grade school and support their transition from preschool. The ELCL offers a comprehensive kindergarten program that provides young learners with a strong foundation for academic and social success. The program is designed to be developmentally appropriate, which means that it is tailored to the needs and abilities of each individual child. children will learn important skills such as reading, writing, and math. They will also have opportunities to explore science, social studies, and the arts. In addition to academic learning, the program emphasizes social and emotional development, helping children to build positive relationships with their peers and teachers.  With a focus on hands-on, experiential learning, children are encouraged to explore and discover the world around them in a safe and supportive environment.
